Dear Diana,
Just wanted to thank you and your wonderful staff once again for the outstanding care you gave our Mother, Mary , during her final month of life. We truly could not have asked for more from an in-home living assistance agency.
From the first day that you met with Mom and me to the day of her death, there was never a doubt that we had made the right decision and chosen the absolute BEST care available. We are so appreciative of you, your agency and the staff that helped to care for Mom.
Your staff all went consistently above and beyond in not only meeting Mom's needs, but also in caring for us as we spent our final days with Mom. They became way more than paid caregivers. They were members of the family. Their faith, love and support were apparent at all times.
Please extend out love and thanks to Nichole, Debra, Maria, Carrie, Connie and Karin. They were all wonderful in their own unique way and all made us feel loved and supported. Please also extend out thanks to Angela, Office Manager, for her immediate help and support every time we called. All aspects of care and communication were handled in the most professional fashion.
We will always remember the outstanding job that Faithful Companions did in caring for Mom and for us. We would recommend your agency to anyone in need of in-home living assistance.
Mom's choice was to remain at home and to be as independent as possible. Because of you she was able to do that with dignity, respect and support. Thank you so much.

Dear Ken and Diana,
It seems impossible but it's been ten months since we first started working together in conjunction with your assistance in providing quality personal aid in the care of my mother and father.
As you know my mother has 100% dementia, and my father has been enduring pancreatic cancer. Their strong desire has been to stay in their home, which is understandable. However, without the partnership and help of a group like yours, with high quality professional health care workers, it makes the desire to stay in one's home for someone seriously ill overwhelming and impossible. Your care for my parents over these last ten months has made the difference. All the workers that you provide on a daily basis have been wonderful. The unique value of Faithful Companions, however, only begins with your high quality personnel. The distinguishing quality that sets you apart from all others is the ownership that you, Diana and Ken, take in each of your clients. On so many occasions when the circumstances seemed impossible, you personally jumped in and made the impossible happen in caring for my Mom and Dad. Many times this came out of your own personal schedule, way after business hours. It was clearly above and beyond the call of anyone's reasonable duty.
You both have been outstanding servants in leading and providing the high quality care that I've come to benefit from at Faithful Companions. It seems that you always make the impossible happen. Once again, thanks for all that you do not only for my Mom and Dad, but also for all the hundreds of other clients that you care for. You two, and your staff are what make the difference. Keep up the good work.
