Our goal is to assure that our patrons needs and expectations are always satisfied. We promise that we will be where you want us, when you need us. In the event of an unexpected call off or no show by a caregiver, we will immediately contact other caregivers that are familiar with your needs. If they are unavailable, trained management personnel will be sent for your assistance. In the event that we can not service your needs, in a timeframe that you expect, your next scheduled day is FREE.
