What are your fees? We will quickly provide a quote if you phone or email us to discuss your needs. We charge an all-inclusive fee for our services without any hidden fees or charges. The only additional charge is $.45 per mile for incidental transportation. Please call or email us to set up a FREE in-home evaluation of your needs.
How is my companion selected? We will first meet with you and access the help you need. We then carefully select a caregiver that has the personality and skills you need and introduce the caregiver companion to you before starting your service. We want you to be comfortable with the person caring for you or your loved one. If you feel uncomfortable, we will continue to work with you until the right person is identified for your needs. All our companions are bonded and insured and have a mandatory background check.
What happens if my caregiver calls off or doesn't show up? Our goal is to assure that our patrons needs and expectations are always satisfied. We promise that we will be where you want us, when you need us. In the event of an unexpected call off or no show by a caregiver, we will immediately contact other caregivers that are familiar with your needs. If they are unavailable, trained management personnel will be sent for your assistance. In the event that we can not service your needs in a timeframe that you expect, your next 2 hours of service are FREE.
Do you accept health insurance? Unfortunately, health insurance plans do not cover our services. We are a private pay company. However, most Long Term care plans do cover non-medical home care and assitance with activities of daily living.
We can review your Long Term care policy and help discuss the plan with your insurance carrier.
How can I make my payment? We accept cash, check, MasterCard and Visa. Services are billed ahead for a two(2) week period and are adjusted on the subsequent billing as necessary. We will quickly process any refund due.
How many hours am I commited to? Your committment is only 3 hours per visit.
Do I have to sign a long term contract? No, we do not have a long term contract. Our service agreement simply asks that you give us 24 hours notice if you wish to terminate services for any reason.
How do I contact your references? We understand the need for assurance and comfort with us and our caregivers. Please contact us and we will gladly share this information with you.

We have caregivers available to serve you in most areas of the region and can provide home care in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Portage and Summit County.
